There are a lot of great things happening in Minnesota beer these days. The Firk is moving and expanding, Surly is plotting a new “destination brewery” (is it me or do we need a better term for this?). Lift Bridge and Fulton are working away on their new production breweries, Harriet is producing growlers of their new stuff. This is a great time to be a craft brew fan in the Great North Central.
